Essential Oils are natural oils typically derived from natural plants or flowers obtained by distillation. There are various concoctions that promote health and wellbeing. Usually each type of essential oil is diluted with a carrier oil before its use for e.g. with pure almond oil or coconut oil, however some do not require dilution.
