Essential Oils and Their Benefits

Essential Oils are natural oils typically derived from natural plants or flowers obtained by distillation.  There are various concoctions that promote health and wellbeing. A good blend of a variety of essential oils can be extremely beneficial depending on your needs. Usually each type of essential oil is diluted with a carrier oil before its use for e.g. with pure almond oil or coconut oil, however some do not require dilution.  Essentials Oils can be diffused via a Diffuser, or applied to different parts of your body and inhaled.  What are your thoughts and the type of essential oils that you might be looking for?   Here is a quick snapshot to help you make a selection.  SANDALWOOD Soft.
